1. Pre-shredding

In order to reduce the volume of the material, the waste plastic should be broken into small pieces, which are convenient for the next cleaning. Twin roll shredders are specially designed for thin films, which are easily entangled materials. They are characterized by medium speed and low noise. It can meet the recycling requirements of various industries.

2. Friction cleaning, precipitation and separation of impurities

The crushed materials containing impurities are cleaned to meet the recycling requirements. A friction washer specially designed for thin film cleaning to effectively remove impurities. The cleaned material is then sent to the sedimentation tank for separation. The cleaning process saves a lot of manpower and realizes continuous automatic production.

3. Squeeze dry

The extrusion dryer adopts the drying technology of centrifugal dehydration, screw extrusion and high temperature hot air, and the moisture content of the finished film is strictly controlled within 5%.

4. Crushing

The squeezed-dried material is pulverized with a pulverizer and sieved with a screen to obtain a flaky film of uniform size.

5. Granulation

The pulverized sheet-like film is extruded into plastic pellets through the extrusion system of the pelletizer. This is how plastic pellets are made.
